About our senior management team.
The SMT consists of 10 senior staff covering the CEO office, the chief operations officer, The Chief Marketing officer and Deputy CEO, The Head of financial services, the Chief internal Audit officer, the head of legal services, The Head of Human Resources Development services, The chief secretary of the Board and the company, and the head of Information Technology services & Management Information Systems. The company is also in the process of appointing a head of Compliance and Risk Management, who will be a member of the senior management team. The Chief marketing officer also covers the post of Anti-corruption & Anti Money Laundry service.
The team has been in existence as a core group for the last four years with recent additions; it is highly experienced and works well together. It has been managing the micro finance unit through its formation and development, through its expansion by setting up branches to be a national organization working across the country. Below we will look in detail at the senior management Team (SMT) members and their experience. We also have the Head of public relations who works in a voluntary capacity.
